This is an advertorial feature for Life Lessons Festival.
Coming to London this weekend (15-16th February 2020) is a brand new festival promising a never-before-seen take on well-being…
Life Lessons Festival @ The Barbican Centre, London will share big – but practical – ideas for living better
A host of speakers!
Over the course of the weekend, more than 40 talks from 80 speakers will be delivered. And who are those speakers? Visitors will hear from the likes of Bill Bryson, Derren Brown, Marie Forleo, Ruby Wax, Romesh Ranganathan, Dr Michael Mosley & Rev Richard Coles – to name only a few!
As well as talks, there will be workshops, mindful activities, yoga sessions and Body Barre classes. There will be taster sessions on offer to allow you to explore new skills.
Relax & indulge!
Enter the relaxation retreat for access to spa therapies. Visit the shopping village where a carefully selected range of no-nonsense wellness brands will be on offer to you.
The brilliant well-being brand, Mantra Jewellery will be there. Find out why they are one of my favourites in: How I found my mantra (& how you can too)
Hungry? You can grab a quick bite-to-eat between sessions or you can choose to eat at one of The Barbican Centre’s restaurants
Good to know: Ticket holders will be able to take advantage of a 20% discount at Osteria & Bonfire (pre-booking is advised).
Build your own bespoke programme!
At Life Lessons, you’ll be able to build your own bespoke programme from topics such as nutrition, health, sustainable living, business, society & psychology. The intention is to provide you with the opportunity to design a better future for yourself.
Will you be joining me at Life Lessons Festival?
